MacHabitat is now accepting applications for our NEW Ramps/Rails/Repair Program. Special thanks to the Ann J. and William Swindells Fund of Oregon Community Foundation for providing seed funding to get us started!

MacHabitat’s Ramps/Rails/Repair program is an opportunity for low-income homeowners to repair and rehabilitate their homes through homeowner grants, affordable loans and volunteer power.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Applicant must be a homeowner in MacHabitat’s service area
- Home must be owner occupied – mobile homes will not be considered
- Homeowners must earn below 65% of Area Median Income (AMI) at time of repair
- Homeowners must complete an application and provide:
- proof of income
- a mortgage statement, if there is a mortgage on the home, showing current
- a valid homeowner’s insurance policy on the property and must be current in premium payments on policy
- proof of property tax statement
- Cost of repair can not exceed $1,500.00
- Homeowner must pass screening/background check
