211info is a nonprofit that connects the people of Oregon and SW Washington to the community services they need. By dialing 2-1-1, callers are connected with a live, rigorously trained call center specialist who will assess the situation. Then, using a locally managed database with over 4,200 programs that are continually updated with listings for community, faith-based, and public programs, the 2-1-1 staff refer callers to the services that may be able to help.

Multiple interventions for individual in poverty or with low-income. YCAP operates five different programs including the regional food bank, public transit and dial-a-ride, weatherization/energy assistance, transitional housing, and youth outreach.
The housing program consists of emergency services, transitional housing and rental assistance.

The Resource Center offers counseling for anything that relates to being, or aiming to be a homeowner: credit repair, financial literacy classes, pre-purchase, teaching the ABC’s of Homeownership. We also sponsor the annual “Pathway to Homeownership” home-buying fair. The Resource Center is located HAYC’s office building and provides two (2) computer consoles for Internet access to help you find a job, seek education and pursue housing needs.Non-profit for self-sufficiency and homeownership
