All McMinnville Area Habitat For Humanity donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law and will be acknowledged with a letter you may use for those purposes.

By donating household items and building materials to our ReStore, you help keep tons of materials out of the landfill and help families realize their dream of home-ownership.

Donate Online

Gifts made online are safe, thanks to our secure-server capability, and will be put to good use by MacHabitat. We take seriously our responsibility to contributors, to those counting on our help to be wise stewards of funds entrusted to us. We raise all our funds locally and receive no funding from Habitat for Humanity International.

The McMinnville Area Habitat For Humanity ReStore needs your donations.
We accept new or used building supplies, appliances, and many other items. Please see our ReStore page for more information on what we can and cannot accept. Most building materials and home furnishings that are in good condition can be recycled through the ReStore, saving you landfill costs and providing a tax deduction as well. The ReStore resells your new and used items (as well as corporate donations) for 50% to 70% below retail prices.
All profits from ReStore sales assist our McMinnville Area Habitat affiliate in reaching their mission to partner with low-income families by offering homeownership opportunities through the construction of simple, safe and affordable homes.
The ReStore is continually looking for VOLUNTEERS! What a way to support Habitat for Humanity and make a difference in our community. The ReStore volunteer duties include cashier, accepting donations, cleaning, pricing, and stocking donated items and most importantly, customer service! McMinnville Area Habitat For Humanity welcomes a gift of land with or without a house. The donors receive a tax deduction for these gifts.

To make donating your vehicle quick and easy, Habitat for Humanity partners with Car Donation Wizard™. The program accepts most cars, trucks, boats, RVs, and other vehicles with proper title and ownership information. They make arrangements with a local towing company to pick up and process your vehicle, keys, and title, usually within just a few business days.

Net proceeds generated by donated vehicle sales are used by McMinnville Area Habitat for Humanity to build homes in partnership with families in our local community. In addition to helping build homes, community, and hope for local families, your vehicle donation may be tax-deductible as well.

Directly donate an item: You can purchase an item(s) from the supplier of your choice for delivery to McMinnville Area Habitat For Humanity, or if you have a good working condition used item, please drop by our offices during our working hours.

Let us purchase an item for you using one of these options:

1. Telephone us at (503) 687-1411 with your credit card number, or
2. Print our donation form, indicate the item you wish to be purchased, and mail with a check to our office.
3. Make a donation online by visiting our secure online donations page and selecting “Wish List Item” in the Donation Purpose pull-down menu.

Please list the specific item(s) you wish to donate in the Additional Notes box.

Equipment: Double Axle Enclosed Utility Trailer [$500-$5,000] Any brand utility trailer with rear and side opening doors. We use these for equipment storage on site, and transportation to work sites.

Services: Landscaper [$100-$1,500]
We like to at least minimally landscape our new homes.
